What a bloody nightmare! Had me make him a bespoke cap because his heads a funny shape. Paid the same price as an off the shelf one and still phoned to complain it was too tight. Keeps e-mailing me to make him a new one but have blocked him as he could put me out of business

Jumper Nightmare
Returned jumpers for an exchange as he claimed holes had “just appeared” and the material was faulty. Turns out he’d had them for 18 months and got moths in his wardrobe. Never again!!!!!!!
